Women’s Group

Every Friday 10am – 12pm
at Binaal Billa.
3-5 Spring Street, Forbes

The women’s group meet every week for morning tea, a yarn, social connection, arts, crafts and other activities including cultural activities.

Mobile Library

Every Monday and Thursday
from 3pm - 4.15pm.

A program targeted for our Aboriginal kids. The YG Team delivers books and checks in with our kids to promote reading, education and quality family time. A library on wheels!

Men’s Group

Fortnightly at Yoorana Gunya - location varies.

Aboriginal men’s group open to non-Indigenous men. Join the men for a range of activities including fishing, pigging, BBQ’s, yarns and other cultural activities for wellbeing.

Walking Group

Tuesday 9am - 11am, beginning and finishing at Lions Park.

A SEWB initiative, a walk around the lake of Forbes to promote health, fitness and social connection with a light morning tea provided.

After School Program

Every Wednesday from 3.15pm - 4.30pm
at the Scout Hall.

Where education and wellbeing meets fun. An opportunity for teenagers to get a feel for exercise, discover the importance of fitness for mental and physical health and participate in other after school activities.
